Maddie got a pillow pet as a Christmas gift from my SIL out west. Of course it's a unicorn. She has 1 pillow pet already and it's .... you guessed it, a unicorn.
SO now I have a double. Amazon won't exchange it according to their website. Anyone have any luck with returning something that wasn't an "Amazon" error? Last year my SIL sent a double and I re-gifted it to avoid having to pay for shipping back. I don't want to have to do that again. I wish my SIL would have gotten it from Target so that I could just go to the store and return it

I'm not sure what that is but is it something that target or another big store sells? You can always try to return it without a receipt. I do that all the time. They just give you the lowest price it was sold for within the last few months in a store credit. We don't have target out here but walmart and tru will do that.

Amazon customer service in my experience has been GREAT! Just give them a ring and see what they say. Usually they will pay for return shipping (they have for me).

OR you could take it to walmart. don't need a receipt, they'll just give you a store gift card
