well when you are 13 hrs ahead of most of your friends, it's very difficult to go to bed at night.
so that makes me a night owl, but i like my sleep, so i try to be in bed by 1000

I am a total night owl at heart who is now in the military and goes to sleep at 9-10pm and even on weekends can't wake up later than 7:30-7:45am anymore. My body thinks that's sleeping in now. Lol

I love late nights because that is the only time my house is completely silent..fiance and baby are crashed in their rooms and brother-in-law is usually either at work, at home in his room, or crashed on the couch
