I never really cared until I married my DH. The toilet paper must always go over. In my opinion it does not matter, but sometimes we have to make changes for the ones we love.

I voted for over. But if I'm in someone else's house, it's not like I change it if they have theirs under. It's not that big of a deal to me.

Over. If it's under toilet paper might too easily unroll and end up on the floor.
