10 for me.  I was adopted, and have 3 brothers. My birth family has 2 full sisters, 3 half sisters, 2 half brothers.

1 brother, also raised with
1 1/2 brother saw infrequently
1 1/2 sister given up for adoption I never met
5 total

I voted 1--I have a sister who is 6.5 years older than me. However, I also have a sister who died before I was born and I was also a twin, my sister died in utero. So theoretically I have 3 but only one living.

I have 2 brothers and 2 sisters from my Dad & I have one brother and one sister from my mom
a total of 6 siblings
( I was the only child my parents had together )

Both my parents remarried and both spouses have children, therefore altogether i have 2 biological sisters and one biological brother. As far as blended siblings i have 4 step brothers and 2 step sisters.
I love them all
it take more than blood to be family

one full brother (19 months older), one half-brother (6 years younger/mom-stepdad), one half sister (9 years younger/mom-stepdad), one step sister (7 years younger/stepmom), one step-brother (10 years younger/stepmom), and one cousin my mom/step-dad have custody of - 5 years younger
grand total - 6
