Tampons, though on occasion if I'm nervous I might use a pad as well.

I use tampons. I have strange sensory issues and the pad things make me want to jump out of my skin. So if I am having a light flow I just visit the bathroom very often to wipe... rather then use a tampon.

Used to be a loyal pads wearer, but I have now switched over to tampons...much more comfortable, I find!

I use both different times. Mostly tampons, though sometimes I use pads at night. If it's heavy I use tampon and pantyliners during the day though.

Omg pads,i've never used a tampon i despise any objects up there unless it's something else.
