What about a choice for alternatives? I have used the Keeper, Sea Sponges, and cloth pads ... I like them all and it just depends on what mood I'm in and how I'm bleeding which one I use at which time.

Tampons on the first 4 or 5 days or so, with light pads. Then light pads by themselves on the last 2 or 3 days.
