Tampons. Pads only for PP bleeding. Panty liners, when just spotting.

Both. I normally can't tell when the tampon is full, so the pantyliner is so I don't stain my panties. I really want to get a moon cup. It would pay for itself after 4 to 6 cycles. I would love to never buy another tampon ever!

I use pads. I had surgery from that opening a few years ago so it hurts to use tampons

I tend to use both, not at the same time.
Cloth pads as well as 'normal' paper pads and tampons if I'm swimming or at the gym.
