Hey. it's been so long since I've talked in here. I even changed my name since. I used to be Timberwolf. Basically I've been busy...as you can see from my siggy. Busy with twins!!!

My MS symptoms have not made a return since 2003, which I am sooo happy about. I'm formula feeding which is working out well. I was a little concerned that I'd have some relapse after I had these boys, but so far so good *knock on wood*. I was off my meds for about 2 years now. However, my doctor decided to put me back on.

This leads me to my question... For anyone with MS, have you tried Betaseron? How'd it work for you? Did you feel sick? was it painful?

I ask cause I can't take Copaxone since I get anaphylaxis from it and the Rebif is painful and I really don't want to be feeling that sick while I'm taking care of my babies. I hear so many things about Betaseron. 1. that it makes you sicker longer, 2. that you don't feel sick at all, 3. the needles hurt less, 4. it doesn't work as well as Rebif or Avonex. Any of those statements true for you? I hear them all a lot and I'm curious about what other people think.

Glad to see your back. Its quiet lately.

Its great to hear your symptoms are in remission. I don't have MS, but I really hope that the meds work well for you! Hope you can stick around and help us get the group going again!

I've started the meds and it's not as bad as the others, which is good...so far. However, I keep forgetting to take the meds! My brain is just not ready to start something new. Of course, every time I take the shot, that's the night the babies decide not to sleep and I have to stay up while I'm feeling extra tired from the meds. Sigh....k not cool. Not cool at all!!
