Thanks for the warm welcome . Thankfully, my IBS just flares up when I eat something "bad" (for me at least ). I'm having a hard time taking some supplements, though, this seems to be the toughest thing since doctors like us to take so many different vitamins/supplements during pregnancy. I haven't talked about it to my doc yet, but I have an appointment this week and hope to get a few answers on what other options there are.
Definitely agree that the plethora of vitamins / supplements don't always agree with our stomachs.
I've been taking this digestive /probiotics supplement that helps digestion and reduces the flares, but still get them.
Edgar Cayce products have one called "Duo Gest" that might be ok for pregnancy, but could ask your OB about it. WM has one as well which is what I take, but off the top of my head I cannot remember what it is called. I'll post it to you later.
