Im 11weeks pregnant.
8 years ago I was diagonised with Dermatomyositis with Lupus overlap.¸
More recently, after some more issues with my health, CFS/CPS and Fibromyagia have been thrown out there.
Ive been having great suscess with managing my condition recently by eating Paleo (or Primal).
Eliminating grains have made a huge difference in my pain, and fatigue.
Ive fallen off the paleo wagon, so to speak, since finding out Im pregnant and have been plagued with muscle and joint pain, and fatigue.

Im planning on starting a blog soon, to capture my journey.

Its been a rough ride, but Im still here and fighting.

Hi and welcome. We are not super chatty around here, but I enjoy catching up with others that share the same struggles. I've also had a few people recommend low grain (especially wheat) diets as a treatment for an RA. I am just waiting for my appointment with my rheumatologist Wednesday to see what she thinks.
