I've posted a time or two as I have RA with pallindromic presentation (basically all my tests are positive, I have swelling, pain, and some joint damage, but don't have the symmetrical presentation that is normally seen). At my last appointment, 6 weeks ago, the doctor noted that I have very decreased range of motion in my ankles and gave me exercises to try to combat it. The past three days my right ankle has been so sore, as if a nail is being driven through it, but it is only a little swollen and a little bruised looking. I don't know whether or not to call. Any suggestions?
