Do you believe the food choices we make have a huge or little impact on our autoimmune issues?

I think it does. I just finished reading a book on an anti-inflammation diet. I'm thinking of trying it out - the biggest challenge is that many of the restricted foods are my favorites (which if diet is the cause would explain why I have so much pain and inflammation.)

It's so hard to say. Two people can have virtually the same diet and the same autoimmune disease but have completely different symptoms. I look forward to more research to help answer that question.
