Lets learn some little tricks to help each other make life easier(add others as you think of them)

What do you do for:

-Stress management

-Fatigue

-Chores

I have a TERRIBLE time with stress management....so please if anyone has a secret, please share I do see a therapist about every 2-3 weeks and that helps, because I get out my anger/stress that builds up.

I cant nap everyday...it's impossible with Emily because she no longer naps and Ryan does...BUT,I have a wonderful Mom that helps me with the kids and lets me nap once or sometimes twice a week. My husband lets me sleep in a day out of the weekend and nap anytime I need while he is home. Coffee!!! That always helps too..LOL

I pick a room and stick to that one room all day. So...if the whole house needs a cleaning,I tend to pick one and stick to it until it's clean...even if it takes me several hours, with lots of breaks in between.

-Stress management- My DH is Air Force and often deployed. To get out of the house, and some alone time, I volunteer at the Family Support Center helping spouses and families of deployed soldiers get all the resources they need.

-Fatigue- This is my big issue right now, especially being pregnant. The boys don't nap at the same time, so I'm exhausted by the end of the day.

-Chores- HAHAHA!! I try to keep up, but my Mom always told me, it can wait. LOL

Stress management- I suck at this BIG time!

Fatigue- This is a HUGE issue for me ... especially during pregnancy. I'm sure it'll be bad for the first couple months of having her too. I nap when I can... ask for help with the kids when I have to!

Chores- I do what I can ... when I can
