If I go mia for a few days it is because my hard drive crashed and I am trying to get Dell to stop running me through the same old stuff and have me reboot it to factory settings. Today I got the message and it keeps doing it each time I restart the computer that the hard drive might be failing and to back up all work. I have been having problems for over two weeks nows and this is going on. I am hoping that Dell will send me the new hard drive since I did pay for the four year warranty on the computer. Grrr! I feel like they are trying to avoid sending me the part and keep having me go through the same process over and over. It is getting old. Up to now I have not had a problem with my computer but harddrives don't last forever.
Believe me, I have been growling at my computer for about two weeks now since the first day the hard drive started acting up. I wished someone had listen to me when I said I thought the hard drive was going. Funny how I knew what was going on before they did.
