Thanks, hon. I'm ok. H just put me through so much this weekend. He was being so wishy washy. One day he'd say one thing, the next day it was something completely different. One day I was a horrible person, the next I was wonderful and he missed me. So I'm just on this huge emotional roller coaster, and I lost another 3 pounds last week, which may not sound like much, but when you are already 20 pounds underweight (according to the doctor), then it can be dangerous for your health. And I just look at myself and see this big, fat blob and feel gross. At first my "goal" weight was 135, and when I got down to that, I thought well, I can get down to 130. Now I'm down below 130 and I want to get down to 120. When is it going to end? I'm 5'10 for goodness sakes, and according to the "charts" I'm supposed to weigh about 165. I just can't make myself do it. My psych told me to stop weighing myself 5 times a day, but I just can't. He told me to stop looking in the full length mirror, but I just can't.

Sorry to whine.

Your definetly NOT whining! An eating disorder is a disease...and I can understand when you look in the mirror, having a different image in your head(what you think you look like) compared to what others see. Before I started taking prednisone this last time I had lost 25lbs. I kept looking in the mirror thinking 'how can I have lost 25lbs and still look the same'...everyone was telling me how much weight I lost and how great I looked...but I didnt see it and want to loose more....I needed to loose more though,so I know there is a difference. Even before I started gaining the weight back I thought I was swollen...just that whole mix mess in my head from taking the steroid. You see the numbers on the scale get smaller, but you feel like you look the same as before...like your over weight(even though you know your not). Have you thought about pitching your scale out the window? Just an idea...

Has H moved out the house yet,do you think he will soon? Sorry he is giving you such a hard time
