Hi hun!
Yes -- it is rare to come across someone else who has Celiac. Although more and more people are being diagnosed in the States. The recent statistics show 1 in 133 people have Celiac. That is more than Autism and Diabetes!

I was diagnosed in 2001 when I was 13. I read you were diagnosed when you were 3, so you've dealt with it much longer than I have.

Do you still have problems? My villi was so damaged that after all these years there are parts that have failed to repair itself. Uhg! It probably never will either.

Yep - we spell it "Celiac" rather than Coeliac!
