Does your AI prevent you from having a "normal" life?

For example, are you less active because of your AI? Like going shopping, out with friends, out to eat, exercising, etc.

I know that I can't do much at all because of my AI. I always feel icky and get tired far too quickly. I know there is no such thing as a normal life, but my AI prevents me from doing "normal" things that others might be able to do.

I try to lead a normal life. I definetly wear myself thin on the wekends, when Joe has off work. So I know come Monday when he goes back to work my whole day is shot. It has become pretty regular that My Mom watches the kids for a few hours on Mondays so I can rest and feel caught up. She understands why Mondays are so hard on me...just trying to keep things "normal" for my family. I get tired doing everything. Even visited my parents I only stay an hour of so...All I really want to do is stay home, put my jammies on and relax,in my home. I am sooooo NOT a home body. But My AI diseases make me one
