That's an interesting article. I don't think my sister has ever had her spinal fluid checked. That sounds like it would be very painful.[/b]
I was scared out of my mind to have the spinal tap...but once it was over,I was like "thats it"? Now,I do have a higher pain tolerance...so that may have helped. My back hurt for about 3-4 days after,but no spinal headache or anything. Thats what I feared,was the spinal headache. I had my spinal tap during dx time...my doctors were hoping the lesions were from my severe migraines. The spinal fluid showed that I had MS.
