When I think of a person getting heat stroke,I think of my Grandma. She thinks if you keep your windows and doors shut during the summer,it keeps your house cooler. Well,I beg to differ! I cant go over there...I cant even breathe in her house! No one can convince her otherwise. I read this artifcle and had to share with you ladies...make sure you read all three pages. It specifically says that folks with MS and Lupus are at risk for heat strokes. Are you taking the precautions to keep cool and reduce the risk of heat stroke?

I would die of heatstroke if I did not have an air conditioning system. It makes sense we are more prone to it...
