I seem to be doing alot of tossing and turning all night long...I'm just flip and flop and flip and flop...never to get comfortable to get restful sleep. I take a sleep aid every night and I still do this. It is a pain in the butt because even after a "full night sleep" I am still exhausted because it wasnt restful

Anyone else with this problem? What do you do?

I've only been having problems sleeping recently, and it's only meds related. I know it's the last thing you want to do right now, but have you tried talking to your doctor?

I really need to. I would have to see my psch Dr about this one...since she rx all those meds for me. Maybe my body is just getting to used to the ambian dose and needs to be up'd?? I dunno...I feel stupid even bringing it up...I feel so done with Dr's right now

I know you do, that's why I hated even mentioning it.
NEVER feel stupid when it comes to asking dr's questions...that's what they get paid the "big bucks" for. To help you understand what's going on with you, whatever the problem might be.
