Is it possible or have you ever heard of someone having more than one AI disease?

As soon as my insurance kicks in I have to be tested for Lupus and have my thyroid tested as well, on top of my RA... It is very possible and it sucks!

Well, I have Iritis and they are pretty certain of the Lupus, but I didn't know if that is considered two different autoimmune conditions or if the Iritis is the result of Lupus. Does that make sense? I know I should just ask the doctor, and I will, I just haven't gotten around to it yet.

That does totally suck about having RA and then possibly Lupus on top of it. I'm sorry, hon!
