Hi My Hubby & I are trying to decide to or not to have our 3 year old vac.with the flu shots..Please give us any good info...or not so good...We have never had flu shots neither have my 3 grown kids...HELP!!????

No-one can make that decision for you, it's only something you can decide. I am not getting the vaccination, and my kids will not be done either. I view it as a massive media hype, and I think I read somewhere that a US Senator owns the company that is making the money on the vaccine? I could be wrong though.

I got the vaccine as a front line health care worker. In fact its my job to disinfect the hospital isolation rooms of patients with h1n1 or c dif or mrsa etc so I was happy to get.

My kids will be getting it to. Why be among the estimated 35 percent of the population that will kack from this.

None of us have ever had any type of flu shot before. This year we all had both the seasonal and the H1N1. We were, however, required to get the shot because my 19 month old is going through chemotherapy right now and is immunosupressed. Had we not been required I think we still may have been vaxed because of the estimated 35% of the population predicted to die from it.
