My oldest plays tackle football in the fall. In the off season, he does Jui Jitsu. In school he also participates in band. We just feel that it is very important for kids to be involved in sports because it not only teaches them to work as a team, but it also keeps them off of the streets and out of trouble.

Couldn't agree more! Plus it keeps them active and healthy.
We're a very athletic family.
Meg plays soccer in the fall
Abbey plays softball in the spring
Kayla plays basketball in the winter
All three of them swim competitively and sometimes participate in equestrian events.
I'm hoping to find a way for Ellie to participate in sports too but we haven't figured it out yet.
They are also very musical and participate in competitions and festivals for that as well.
