Ma�va just turned 8..
She came to me earlier today saying that she had a lump under her left nipple.
I touched, and it's true!
It's the size of a green pea, maybe a little bit smaller, right in the middle, under her skin, I can "roll it" between my fingers.

Is it her breast that starts to grow?!

Or should I be worried?
