Hi all

I just joined because a couple of days ago I ran into an issue with my teenage son who is 13. I am overwhelmed and I am a little speechless and I don't know what to do. I am a single mom and raising a boy was hard enough but now my son is hitting puberty and I am seem now to be the worry mom.

When I was doing his laundry, I found a stain on his bedsheets. I know boys when going through puberty have wet dreams but I also know about masturbation. I can't believe my own son is growing up and it's a horrible feeling to know he may be masturbating.

I am lost for words and I don't know what to do. Looking for help.

There is nothing you can do really to be honest with you, especially if he is having wet dreams and has no control over it at all.
It always hits us when we are faced with the fact that our kids are growing up.

my son is also 13, and in full fledged puberty, but we haven't crossed this bridge yet so I don't really know what advice to offer. Have you talked to him about it?
