About how much time on a daily basis does your preteen/teen spend in their room? Do they have their own TV in their room?

Not much, my kids have very small rooms, so there really isnt much in there.

No TVs in bedrooms, I dont like that.

Not too much really. She's usually out in the living room with her sister and me. Now if she has a friend over they're in her room.

Elijah spends most of her time in her room, but I did the same at 16 so it's no big deal. she has a TV in there, but tends to come downstairs to watch TV because the main TV is bigger
Rheiya doesn't spend much time in her room unless she has friends over. She has a TV.
Lucas spends quite a bit of time in his room, but he also goes out more than his sisters and he tends to stay downstairs after dinner most nights. He has a TV too.

This year David has started spending a lot more time in his room. He does have a TV, but the majority of the time he listens to music while drawing or playing games

No tv's in bedrooms in our house. We only have one. The girls don't spend a whole lot of time in their rooms. They're too busy most days. Other than sleeping they maybe spend an hour total in thier rooms a day. More if they have a lot of homework.

They pretty much just sleep in their rooms at our house. They do have tv's but we don't have cable or anything so they can only watch movies on them.

There are now officially no tv's in any of the bedrooms. Kristi rarely seems to be home; Leah spends most of her time in the new bedroom listening to music; and Trey doesn't seem to spend too much time in his room.

mine spends a good deal in there...when he's home! he plays sports so he's gone a lot in the evenings. he also has an active socal life, especially since it's summer vacation.

he does have a tv in his room.

It's different. Some days he is very busy and doesn't spend so much time. Other days he stays there a lot and he has TV and computer too.
