That has been happening in our home. The four oldest seem to be always calling someone. We finally have set time limits for them. My oldest would be on the phone forever. When I leave I have told them I do not want them on the phone in case I need to call home. We used to have call waiting but my husband didn't like it so he got rid of it.
Weeknights they can be on the phone longer but but weekdays they have to be off by 9:00. My husband works evening and calls me after 9:00.
I have also asked them to check with me before they get on the phone incase I was waiting for a call or I needed to call someone.
Roz loves the phone but now she has a cell phone with unlimited text messaging (present from my parents) and I think it costs them 10 dollars or something a month. So she texts alot now and she uses the PC to talk to Josline who is currently moved away for three months in Washington.

My daughter talks on the phone all the time..she always has a phone to her ear and freaks out if we pick up the phone to use it. She has begged for a cell phone for a couple of years now..she used to have one, but she was sneaking and having her friends call her really late at night on it, so that got taken away...
