#1 - Have you given your LO Vitamin D drops before, and could it be used to
boost the immune system?? How often and how much do you use?

#2 - Do you ever warm up your LO's milk in the microwave? I know it is not
recommended and safe, but have you done it??

#1 - yeah, I asked the doc how much and how often. I'd put a call into your family doctor and ask her. Vitamin D does help boost the immune system, especially during the winter. The sun provides vitamin D but because it's cloudy most of the time during the winter, the sun isn't providing vitamin D as much as it should.

#2 - We used to warm it up all the time in the micro. I usually only put 10-15 seconds on it though... Tops, 20 seconds and I did it without the nipple on the bottle or cover on the sippy cup.

No on vitamin D shots, Luke gets a crushed flintstone vitamin for toddlers.

Yes, I warm Luke's BPA bottles on 20 seconds without nipple.

Do you mean, "no" don't give Vitamin D drops? it's not safe? My family doctor had suggested either give him Vitamin D drops or the flintstones vitamins. I'm trying the Vitamin D drops first

The twins each get 600iu of vit D each daily.

We give our milk at room temp, we never microwave milk as it'll kill the proteins, I thought. Heating in a glass of hot water works well, too.

Sorry, I mean No I don't give them to him, never been told to. I do give him a crushed toddler flintstone vitamin in his oatmeal every morning.
