I thought it might be interesting to see where everybody is from. Also, tell us which hospital your LO was in!

As you can tell from my user name, I'm from Seattle.

I'm FROM Cleveland, Ohio but i live in the panhandle of WV (just 5 miles outside of Northern VA)... i met dh on the internet and he lives in this area to stay close to his daughter so i took one for the team and moved

M was born at Fairfax INOVA hospital in Fairfax Virginia, and then transferred to Winchester Medical Center in Winchester, VA (this is where he was supposed to be born but they dont take babies under 26 weeks)

I live in Wyoming Michigan. I grew up about 20 minutes from where I live now. Hubby grew up about 5 minutes from me. The girls were born about 10 minutes away from our house. The girls were born at Helen Devos Childrens Hospital. We are very blessed to have a great NICU so close.

Forgot to add, Jim was born at Swedish Medical Center here in Seattle. We are lucky to have two hospitals with Level III NICUs here in Seattle--the other is at the University of Washington. Swedish happened to have a bed open for me when my water broke, so that's where we went.

I'm from Utah. My first 5 were all born at LDS hospital in Salt Lake. My last 2 were born at Intermountain Medical Center. Both were level 4 hospitals, unfortunately IMC is an hour away from us now where LDS was only 45min but LDS no longer has a nicu since IMC was built.

I am from Northern California, born and raised. I have moved a LOT in the last 6 years, to include Georgia, Washington, Germany, back to California, and now Texas. I was in CA when my son was born and he was born at our local hospital, Mercy Medical Center in Redding, CA but was transported at 8 days old to Children's Hospital Oakland (4 hrs south), where we then moved for a year. Now we live in San Antonio and realllllly miss Northern CA!

I'm from Nova Scotia, Canada, and Declan was born at the IWK Health Center, and he stayed there for almost 7 weeks. We are so lucky to live near this hospital, maybe 45 min away now. The NICU there is just amazing.
