Hello My name is Liesl (pronounced Leesl) and I'm a new mommy of twin boys. They were born 6 days ago at 26 weeks, 1 day. Robert was 1lb 14oz and William was 1lb 13oz. They're doing good so far but it's definitely scary and one of the most difficult things I've ever had to & continue to experience every day. I look forward to getting to know all of you, hearing your stories and learning from them.

Welcome! I'm Tiff, Mom to Robbie who is 8 but was born at 26 weeks, Bryce (4 - born at 40 wk 5days), and Merrick (2- born at 41 weeks). Robbie was 1lb 15.5oz and 13" long. Your boys sound like they're good sized for being so early. I can tell you that the NICU is a roller coaster ride of emotions and other things. Feel free to post and snoop around!

Hi. I just saw this post an wanted to encourage you to come check out the Moms of Multiples board also. Not all the moms there have NICU experience, so I know you will get great advice on that here, but the Moms of Multiples board is great for questions unique to twins also.
