I was wondering if I could join you ladies here? I have been lurking for a while now but never had the courage to post

Anyways, I have never done any digi scrapping before, well, actually I have never done any sort of scrapbooking. I am very familiar with photoshop and I currently use it to make siggies. I also just started learning to make digi scrap kits....so I figured if I make kits I better learn to scrap

Anyone have any tips? I tried making a page and it just looked so rubbish

welcome!Pages are really just oversize siggies, the same idea applies. It just takes practice to get used to them

Ditto to what Jen says. You could use templates to get started.
Here's a link to a ton of template ideas

Welcome! Just piece things together like you would on a siggy (just bigger) and add a paper for a background. It'll become second nature soon enough and then you'll be hooked. Feel free to show us your work We can cc if you want. We'll help you in any way we can. Just ask.

to the dark side! and as they said its just like making a siggy, only bigger and you add paper behind it. you'll do fine.

Welcome! Jump right in (that's what I did!)

And I agree with everyone! It's a lot like siggy making! You'll do great! Start by making pages that are similar to your siggy style and when you're comfortable enough then try to diversify! You'll love it!
