I will be hosting my first speed scrap this afternoon! Hope you can join in! I will be starting at 12:30ish (it's my girls nap time so if they decide to give me heck then it may be a few minutes later ). I will be doing a secret scraplift ...shhhh... I am off to pick out our inspiration!

Steps:
1. find three pictures and crop one into a shape of some kind
2. find two patterned papers and layer them so one peaks out from behind the other just a little bit. anchor them in some way. (stitching, staple, etc...)
3. choose three more papers...cut one into a larger circle and place it middle-ish of the page. Cut the other two into strips and layer on top of each other (one strip wider than the other of course) and lay them across the middle of the page (they should stretch from one side to the other)
4. Frame two of your pictures any way you'd like. Leave the last one with a little white edging. Cluster the pictures in the middle-ish of the page.
5. Find three more papers ...cut smaller squares and rectangle shapes from them and layer behind one of your pictures so they peek out from the side(s) of the picture
6. Add 3 ribbons and 10 other elements to the page - most should be tucked in here and there and layered around the pictures, but some can be free floating or scattered as you like!
7. Add a title using at least two different alpha's...add any other touches you'd like (journaling, etc...) and post!

I'm here! I am a bit late due to my computer being a pain...it's frozen solid right now, so I'm on DH's. So that means I'll be instructing, but wont be able to post my own till a later time. But at least I can have a good time giving directions and seeing what everyone else does! Don't worry about being late Adi, I'll post the list in the first post and you can catch up when you can!

Jen - glad you could make it!!

Here is the first step: find three pictures and crop one into a shape of some kind

Katarina glad you could make it!

On to step two!
Pick two patterned papers and layer them so one peaks out from behind the other just a little. Anchor them together in some way.

Ready for step three? It's kind of long, so I'm going to give a little time for this one...

choose three more papers...cut one into a larger circle and place it middle-ish of the page. Cut the other two into strips and layer on top of each other (one strip wider than the other of course) and lay them across the middle of the page (they should stretch from one side to the other)

I hope I'm not making the directions too complicated! The last one was longer than I thought it would be.

On to step four...

Frame two of your pictures any way you'd like. Leave the last one with a little white edging. Cluster the pictures in the middle-ish of the page.

Everyone is pretty quiet! Hope this is going well!

Step five:
Find three more papers ...cut smaller squares and rectangle shapes from them and layer behind one of your pictures so they peek out from the side(s) of the picture

Sorry to hear about the EHD Adi...my computer is the same way, I back everything up onto the EHD because I know my lap top wont be living for much longer! It is still a block of ice right now...DH will probably have to deal with it tonight I am glad he is good with computers!

We're almost to the end! I can't wait to see what everyone has made!

Step six:
Add 3 ribbons and 10 other elements to the page - most should be tucked in here and there and layered around the pictures, but some can be free floating or scattered as you like!

I know there hasn't been enough time since step six, but my girls are waking so I'll post step seven (the final step) so I can get them up and changed and not leave you guys hanging too long ...Have you guessed who I lifted yet?

Step seven:
Add a title using at least two different alpha's...add any other touches you'd like (journaling, etc...) and post!

I'll reveal the inspiration after I get the girls up....can't wait to see your creations!
