Thank you thank you thank you thank you!!! I was dying to do this a couple nights ago but had no idea how. Almost bought an action, but couldn't be sure it would work all the way back to PSE2.

Ugh. I can't do it in PSE 2. I really thought it was working fine for me, but the deeper into scrapping I get, the more I think an upgrade is imminent. I can't load outside actions either.
