Hello everyone,

I am about 5 1/2 weeks along with my first pregnancy, and was diagnosed with PCOS a couple of years ago. I have recently moved and switched doctors, but I don't have an appointment to go in until my 7th week for my initial appointment.

I have seen all over the place women posting about taking Progesterone suppositories, and I wondered if you think I should call my new dr office to request that they check my levels too? I don't know if they just haven't really realized that I have PCOS from my file or what...but I'm getting very frustrated with the waiting and now I'm afraid that if they don't check me and give me pg supps then I could lose this baby!

Has anyone NOT had to do progesterone supps?

Thanks so much for all your answers!!!

Jennifer

I needed progesterone with my first, but not with this pregnancy. I would definitely ask your doctor to check your progesterone levels the next time they do a blood draw, just for peace of mind!
