Hi Ladies,

I am pregnant with my 1st. I have been put on all kinds of extra progesterone plus Hcg injections. I had an ultrasound at 5w4d and there was a issue with the gestational sac. The doc. didn't think much of it but it got me worried. The Sac is not round, it's moon shaped and there seemed to be either another smaller sac in the cresent part or something else there. Perhaps a twin I was told...

My question is: have any of you seen a abnormal shaped sac go normal? I have heard it can lead to m/c which scares me to death. Any good news for me?

I have another ultrasound on saturday I'll be 7w4d then.

Nevermind. Today my ultrasound look good. The gestational sac was round and normal in size. Baby's heart was beating loud and strong and I feel a lot better!

Never saw the post since i am mostly a lurker here but CONGRATULATIONS for your little one!!!! I am glad that things turned out good for you and i hope your pregnancy will continue as healthy and as blooming as it already is.....wish i had seen this before.....!

YAY! Glad you got good news. I too had good news with my cresent shaped sac. She will be three in a couple of days!
