This morning we had our first ultrasound - I've been pretty nervous but our little baby is just fine and everything so far is perfect Our baby is measuring right on track and had a nice strong heartbeat at 122bpm.

DH and I are just so thrilled and so relieved. After our appt we went and did a little shopping to buy me 2 pregnancy journals (couldn't decide!) and we got 2 sleepers for the baby (and some jammies for Caden ). Then we went out for lunch and now I am contemplating a nap

Anyway, here is our little one's first picture!

(the circle is the yolk sac, the baby is the oval snuggled into the side with the crosses marking each end of him/her )

Becky - haha! I bought the pregnancy journals so I can record everything and have something to go back to! I'm still on Caden's first year and I haven't scrapped my first pregnancy Hopefully I'll feel up to getting some scrapping in today/tonight or this weekend

Yayyyyyyyy!!!!!!!! Congrats, Carrie!! I am so happy to see this news! And I LOVE the new siggy! So happy you got to hear the heartbeat... under 140, be prepared for another boy if you believe what they say!! Glad you had such a happy ultrasound and fun afternoon with DH.
