Yeah, I'm soooo happy to be here. Here's my story:

DH and I started TTC in July 2008. Between then and Dec 2008, I only had like 2 periods and I knew something wasn't right. In Dec 2008, I was diagnosed with PCOS and put on Clomid. I did 2 or 3 cycles of that with no detected ovulation before I was turned over to a specialist. The first cycle with her was clomid, fsh injection, and trigger with the result being low progesterone (8.4) and BFN. So we tried the second cycle with clomid, no fsh injection (they were getting big enough on their own), trigger, and progesterone. They told me not to start testing until 14 days past trigger, but you know I can't do that. My tests started getting darker from 10dpo, 11dpo, to 12 dpo, so I knew the trigger wasn't doing that. I went in for a post-op appt on Friday, May 29 (from a D&C I had a month ago) and I told him about the tests and he sent me for a beta. That weekend I went camping and didn't test, but the nausea was definitely there. When I got home on Sunday, I tested after only holding it for an hour and the line was really dark (this was after the trigger should be gone). Monday morning, I took a digi and it was clearly "Pregnant". Monday, I also went for me second beta.

I got the "official" results Tuesday, June 2 from my doctor. Definitely pregnant and my first beta was 114 and the second one was 592 (doubling time of 30 hours), so everything is going great so far. My EDD is Feb 7, 2010 and my first appt is 6/17 (around 6.5 weeks). I hope to get an ultrasound that day, but not sure if we'll see the heart or not. I'm hoping to get to know you girls better...

Congrats! Don't worry if you don't see a h/b at the first appointment. That's pretty early to see one. Everything would have to be just right and you'd have to have a skilled tech which is harder to find than it sounds.

Hey Beth! I just wanted to say Congratulations girl. I don't know if you remember me but we posted together at the TTC#1 with Medical Assistance thread over there for awhile. I just was browsing the boards and came accross your post. I'm so happy for you. H&H 9 months.

PS: Maybe you'll get to miss all of tax season this year coming. That would be a nice break huh
