Thanks ladies! I have my 1st OB appt this Thursday, but I don't know if he'll do an u/s or even when he typically will do them during the pg. I hope often.

Thanks, ladies! So far, I'm feeling pretty good. My bbs are sore & tender and already seem to be growing - as if I needed that. I get tired easily, and by 1/2 in the afternoon, I'm so ready for a nap.  I don't know how long this will last, so I'm enjoying it while I can.

My tiredness hasn't gone away and I'm into my 3rd tri. I guess for some people it comes and goes and for others it just sticks around. My breasts also grew a few sizes right away but haven't done much of anything else since then. If your OB is anything like mine, you won't get another ultrasound until 20 weeks... though if you're high risk in anyway, you will get them more often. My doc doesn't consider PCOS as high risk. Hell, he doesn't even consider my extreme obesity high risk.... everything has been checking out absolutely normal so there's no reason for me to be on extra supervision.
Anywho, sorry to go on a "ME!" spiel.  Congrats on the heartbeat! I know we were super excited and relieved when we saw ours.

That is so awesome, Becky!!! Isn't that just the most reassuring sight??? I am so so so happy for you!! And hopefully your doc is like mine......I get a u/s every 2 weeks!!!
