Hi! I'm Elizabeth, i've been on JM for a while now, but just found this board. I am part of the Nov DDC, due Nov 1 with a boy! i do have PCOS and was told for years by several dr's that i would most likely never conceive naturally...i guess the good Lord had other plans for us, we started TTC with my first cycle starting Jan 25, 2009 and got my BFP on Feb 22, 2009. We plan to start TTC again when this little guy is about 9 months old.

Ya know, it absolutely amazes me at how many doctors say this to PCOS patients when there are SO many women that DO manage to get pregnant somewhat naturally. It's like they just make the statistics up on the spot.

Congratulations!!! You'll be holding your little boy very soon! I agree with Bammers-some doctors are so gloom and doom. Although we used m/a, I know many women who have conceived on their own or with just the help of Metformin/Glumetza-which I consider pretty freaking natural

i was on BC pills for 5 years before coming off them last november, my dr said that could have been a big part in regulating everything. we just hope we are as blessed to get pregnant this easily with #2
