Annabelle went for her 2 month appointment on Monday. She did NOT enjoy her vax! But Doc says she's doing wonderful and nothing he's concerned about. She was 6 lbs 8 oz and 18 3/4 in when she was born. and she's now 10 lbs and 22 in. She's teething already and has been since about 6 weeks. We found this awesome homeopathic teething gel that seems to help her, along with some Tylenol or Motrin (whichever we grab. ). Her colic has cleared up so she's sleeping better... speaking of which, she's already sleeping through the night! She'll go 6-8 hours, wake up for a quick feed then pass out again for another 4-ish hours. It's nice to get sleep again. She's also trying to talk. We've *almost* gotten her to say "hello" and I had her kind of saying "No" the other day. She's also rolled over from front to back once. Hasn't done it since. She can also sit pretty well if she's supported. Needless to say, she's very advanced for 9 weeks.

Pic from last Sunday (clicky!):

As you can see, we are Saints fans. Since we're going to The Bowl, we've ordered her an ADORABLE outfit to wear on the 7th. I'll post pics when I get it.

As for me, physically I'm better. I still have a bit of pelvic pain from the SPD but it's not NEAR as bad as it was when I was pregnant. Mentally I'm still kind of meh. My psych added an anti-depressant to go with my bipolar meds to get me through the hormone changes. We'll see how I'm doing in a couple months. On a TMI level, I still haven't had my first period and I've had egg white mucus for the last month, which I think is weird... and when I say I've had it, I mean I've HAD IT... like, more than I've ever had before. (Anyone else experiencing this?) Since we're not using birth control, I'm pretty afraid to get intimate with Hubby until I *know* I'm not fertile. He hates it. Mom and Hubby are ready for me to have another one... I told Hubby he can grow a uterus and carry the next one.

I think that's pretty much it. Can't think of anything else significant but if I do, I'll post it.

Not too much to report from me. I stopped taking Metformin and stopped progesterone shots after my first trimester and so far, so good. I'm going to get the results to my quad screen this week and we have our "big ultrasound" on Feb 12. I'm still really nervous after two losses that everything is not OK but I think that's just me being crazy. I've been trying to stay as normal as possible. I haven't really had any m/s or symptoms so I have been able to workout and eat and work as normal which is good.

The baby started kicking around week 16 and seems to be fairly active when I sit down and be quiet for a few minutes.

I should do another update to let you know that at my big ultra sound a few weeks ago, that I am having a baby girl. And her name is in my siggy! I am so excited to see her, and I love how active she is. Only 17 more weeks till my DD.

I have also decided on how we are going to decorate the nursery. It feels good to get some decisions done, considering, I'm not that great at making decisions! Things seem to be coming together. DH and I have decided that we also have to register soon!!

Marci, I'm SO thrilled things are going so well for you! You've got a lovely bump going there and I can't wait to see pics of little Rayanne when she makes her debut. (By the way... LOVE that name!)

Update an us:
Things are still going good. Annabelle is growing like a weed. I still have my ups and downs but that's less hormones and more mental. I *finally* started my period yesterday so now I get to get back into the swing of charting. Our Saints won the Super Bowl! This makes us very happy. Now I'm trying to teach Annabelle to say "Who Dat!" Here's a pic from Sunday (clicky!):

By the time we'd gotten this pic she'd had enough of the camera and was getting fussy.

Staying hydrated is the hardest part. Especially in the warmer months when they tend to tell you that even though you're already drinking 10 gallons a day they want you to drink another 20 because of the heat. I hope the nausea let's up for you soon.

I had my gallbladder out on the first. They wanted to be able to do it laprascopically early in the pregnancy since they were 100% sure I wouldn't last and later it would have to be open surgery. When they saw it it confirmed that it was very bad and had to come out during the pregnancy either way. Baby sounded fine after on doppler. I'll follow up with my OB in little over a week for further confirmation.

I've been trying to get my gallbladder out for a year and they refuse to take it. Even with attack after attack after attack and developing more and more stones. Glad to hear you and the baby came through fine.

Thanks, sorry you're having so much trouble with yours. Mine was chronically inflamed so it was at a point where they felt they didn't really have a choice. Otherwise I'd still have it.

Okay so I haven't posted here in forever! For those that don't remember me, I'm Jennifer and was diagnoised with PCOs and Diabeties last year... this coming on after a loss at 12 weeks and 9 months of trying. I switched OBs b/c of my frustration with my old one and WALLA... she discovered my issues... I spent 3 months getting my blood sugars under control and then got the clear from my new Endo to start with clomid. (this was after 3 months of failed clomid attempts)... that cycle we were blessed with a pregnant that was a success and we are almost 23 weeks now! We are having a baby boy and his name is Logan Bradley. we are so thrilled and so blessed. I'm trying so hard to be patient for June, when I get to meet my new little man!!
