This one isn't much! Following the birth of our youngest on August 17, 2009 we decided we would simply NTNP due to my PCOS and adenomyosis. However, I developed a postpartum uterine infection which did result in the use of BCP until the side effects proved too dangerous to ignore. Not long after stopping the BCP AF showed for the first time since she was born. We set a plan with my doctor to begin Met in February and then Clomid in May/June if the Met hadn't done the trick by then, so we just went on with life as usual and continued to NTNP. After a little more than a month AF showed again, though far lighter and much less painful than I'm used to which seemed odd. Then she didn't show up again. Our second full month of NTNP my body decided to work and we once again saw a beautiful, and unexpected, BFP. Our precious bean is due August 10, 2010.
