There are so many options...the only one that matters is what is gonna work for you. And I think it depends a lot on the severity of your PCOS. I think mine is just mild...50-60 day cycles, not insulin resistant...many cysts though.

I managed to conceive with no meds. All I was on was prenatals and a few other vitamins. I had an HSG a couple weeks before we conceived, and it was my first cycle using pre-seed lubricant. I used OPKs and charted my temps all the time...took us 15 months, which was great in my opinion!
