Well I had my 30 week appt today, now we are on to every 2 weeks

Everything is going great, I only gained 3 pounds this month!! A total weight gain of 24 pounds so far! YIPPEE, I thought for sure I would have like 10 pounds this month (last month I had 9 pound gain)

The lil poop Ashlyn is still breech, after 3 more appointments if she is still breech I have the option to either have them try to turn her or just schedule a c-section at 37 weeks....please send prayers that she turns on her own, I really want to at least try to have a regular delivery!! I want to experience it all and I am kinda scared about maybe having to have a c-section.

So, overall, I am really happy with such a great appointment!!

Also, I had the first of my showers yesterday, so when I get a chance I will post pics, belly pics too, but I am not done with the nursery so I can't post those yet....although we are so close!!

That is great news, congrat on having a great pregnancy... BTW I saw on a midwifery show that they used an ice pack to try and convince the baby to turn, hmmmmmmm? I dont know but anything is worth a try. Listen, dont be scared of a c-section... I had an emergency one with DS, Yes it was scary but I had no idea it was coming. In the end the most important is that the baby comes into the world healthy. Lets pray she turns, but in the end Ashlyn's being here is a better gift then the birthing experience.

For that exact reason I have opted to repeat c-section. Afterall no amount of risk is worth it, for a blessing we asked for for SOoooooooo long. JMO
