It's about genetics.... I think we all have them and there's nothing that is great at stopping them.

Dont worry they do lighten ALOT! But never go away completely.... hang in there.

(Palmers CoCo butter is suppose to be good, but lotion in general if you are itchy, g/l )

hey thanks!! Ok i got this COCO Butter lotion already coz i read abt that somewhere... i am dead sure that i am going have bandy paunch for sure.. cuz my mom has it still now. Am really worried abt this marks but when i think of all the troubles i took for TTC anything wud go worthy!!

Iam really itchy in my bb's. i scratch them so bad and no cream helped. i hv started on cortisone today and its heavenly!!! but i heard cortisone is no good at all and too bad for preggers to take, esp feeding moms. i hope i wud be able to stop it in 3 days time. But my Gyn was saying " all drugs hv thier s/e and if we hv no go its ok take it and put up with s/e" but really felt bad that she put it that way!

Yeah, I would skip the cortisone. Not good for you right now. Try a cream instead of lotion. They are thicker and last way longer....

As far as the marks go, vitamin E is good to heal scars and can be used on stretch marks to fade them and make them go away. There are lots of things to do now and even after the baby comes. You are right after all we go through to concieve the least of our worries should be marks but we are still women and want to keep some sense of beauty after the babies are born.

If you use a great cream you should make out ok, the Palmer's is made for pregnant women so it has vitamin E in it, which makes it great to use. Good luck!
