i have bad heartburn to the point of me not being able to sleep or eat.
when i wake up its there when i go to sleep its there.
before i would wake up at 9am and eat and all i would have is nausea.
now i wake up at 11am just to not have to feel the heart burn and i can't eat untill 1pm.
i go to sleep at 11pm-12am and then i'll wake up at between 3-5 am and start having heartburn untill i throw up.
thats why i sleep untill 11am.its like a pattern and i'm tired of it! how can this stop i tried crackers ginger ale ginger snaps.what else can i do?
