I was wondering if anyone had an issue with supply? if so, what did you find that helped?

I pump regularly because she wasnt thriving on just my supply, so I pump and supplement. The pumped milk is only about half of her daily needs, if that. I do pump about every 2-3 hours however it isnt coming in the way I need it to. What can I do?

Have what I call a "nurse-in" spend the day in bed & just NURSE NURSE NURSE! Nurse your baby as much as they will & that constant should help bump up your supply. Also, make sure you aren't giving pacifiers. LLL is a great resource if you're having issues... llli.org
Good luck!

Thank you both, however my daughter lves to sleep on me, which is why I resorted to pumping and feeding. If I have her close I cant wake her up to nurse! I did get reglan from the OB and I will see how that goes. Thanks for the help, I am commited to working on this for a lot longer God Willing!
