I was diagnosed with PCOS in April and thought, ok thats why I never got pregnant in 8 years. Always assumed I was infertile, the dr confirmed it by telling me that and that I would need meds to get pregnant. Four DAYS later I got pregnant. I figure maybe its cause it felt like a huge weight of wondering "Why not?" was taken off my shoulders so I completely relaxed and got pregnant. I had just had a surgery on right ovary on St Patricks day after going to the ER with the most intense pain i've ever had in my life, maybe that had something to do with it? Who knows. Is there anything specific I need to watch out for having pcos that my OB didnt tell me about?? I have a low lying placenta and have been cut off of sex, omg that SUCKS but other than that I have had no problems and everything seems to be completely normal.

Congratulations on your pregnancy!! I had a low lying placenta with my first pregnancy, was also told to stop having sex. I was told that most of the time the placenta will move, and luckily by the time i had my 20 week scan the placenta had moved. Try not to worry about it and just take it easy, hopefully it will sort itself out. H & H 9months x
