Morning sickness (or all day sickness) has kicked in and I have no idea what to do to feel better. I have preggie pop drops that work pretty well, but I still feel miserable. I have tried eating more protein, but having trouble finding things that sound good to eat. I have waved off all fried foods, which hasn't really helped. I am eatting lots of oranges, they work for a little while and of course my weight in saltines! I seem to have two modes, sick or starving! Uggg..... any advice welcome!

I'm sorry you're feeling so bad! I've heard ladies say that eating several small meals a day seems to help. There are also motion sickness bracelets you can wear that are supposed to ease the symptoms. (They don't work for everyone, but for some women I guess they really work wonders.)

These are the suggestions that my midwife gave me:

Take 50-100mg of B6 or B complex per day
Eat FRESH pineapple
sea-sickness bands
ginger
crackers
frequent meals

The B complex helped me the most, but I also found lemonade to be a lifesaver! Hang in there! Remember, it's for good cause
