Shop : Cloth diapers- GADBaby Diapers

Over the course of 4.5 years of cloth diapering, I have lost count of how many detergents and wash routines I have tried and failed. What doesn't help matters is my hard water and front-loader; both of which are a huge headache for cloth diapering.

I decided to try Rockin' Green, which is a WAHM detergent (she sells samples, which is awesome). I tried the Soft Rock version on some microfiber inserts that no amount of strippin could wash the pee stink out. Amazing!! They came out smelling fresh and clean, with the fainest hint of baby powder scent. Next I put the detergent to the ultimate test: dh's sweaty gym clothes; it passed with flying colors! The price is right, too: only 0.10-0.20 per load, depending on your washer.

5 Pins!! I am blown away!!

I was very excited about Rockin Green... but...... my baby broke out in a blistering rash after using it. My friend who also ordered it with me had the same problem with her little boy. We are using it for the kids clothes, but I guess our kids bums are too tender.

Yep it is! Uses 2 tbsp instead of 3!

Rockin Green is my new favorite thing. I have been using Tide, and had no idea i had such icky dipes. When the first wash came out, i was blown away at how gorgeous my dipes looked! the whites were so brite! The dipes were so crisp! I got so much absorbency back. Really...im hooked and will never go back.

I started using it recently when we started having yeast problems, ammonia issues, and then moved into a house with hard water. This stuff is amazing. I didn't realize how much my diapers were repelling till I washed with it. They are back to life. I even busted out my newborn fluff stash for the next baby... it hadn't been washed in a year and has been in storage and had old poop stains on it that I could never get out of my fitteds. Well, after I "rocked a soak" for about 3 hours, the stains were GONE. Love this stuff. I was about to give up on cloth, and I am so glad I had a friend refer me to this!
