Is there something that you carry wiht you or keep close to remind you of your angel?
I received a blanket from the hospital when we lost Annika. For over a year-actually up until Ellie was born-I slept with it. I cried so many tears into it and held it so close so many nights. Definately was my "security blanket"
My sister bought a little teddy bear for Autumn the day that I told her I was pregnant. She wanted me to have it so that I would have something to hold until Autumn arrived. For awhile after our baby became an angel, I shut the bear away in her memory box, but now he sits in various places around the house. Sometimes when I miss her the most, I hug him and remember.
jk1889 - Is there any special item that you bought or received for baby? Maybe you could put together a memory box that contains any mementos you have from those 7 weeks. *HUGS*
Missing our angel baby since Feb 7, 2009

jk1889, I lost my baby at 9.5wks. I have the u/s picture at 6.5 wks when the baby had a strong h/b. I kept the wrist bracelt from that u/s. I also have a "wish-bone" from my chicken dinner that DH and I were saving till it dried out. I was going to pull my end and wish that the baby would be healthy. We never pulled it apart, the next day I got the news that the baby had died. So I have the wish-bone, the bracelet from the u/s and the picture. Ive put them in a beautiful trinket box that DH bought for these items. They are on my nightstand next to my bed. I still cant look at the u/s picture, too painful or anything in the box really, I just know the baby is next to me when I sleep and it gets me through the night. Sorry to ramble.....
